"I have had insurance with so many different brokers and this is the first time in over 30 yrs that I felt I was listened to and really worked with on my insurance policy. Victoria was so helpful and so kind and explained everything in ways no one else had ever done. She broke everything down and made suggestions but backed up the suggestions with reasons and advice which go along way in helping someone understand why to choose this or that. "I don't know who's in charge of this franchise but when someone tells you to cancel there policy you should respect there request. Especially when it comes to our elderly community. A family member called them to cancel their auto-pay policy and instead they went ahead and let it go through and try to blame it on the computer error. Friends of elderly family beware of sharks like this, times are hard enough without this kind of treatment."
