"I don't know who's in charge of this franchise but when someone tells you to cancel there policy you should respect there request. Especially when it comes to our elderly community. A family member called them to cancel their auto-pay policy and instead they went ahead and let it go through and try to blame it on the computer error. Friends of elderly family beware of sharks like this, times are hard enough without this kind of treatment."

Being that this review is not based on first person account it is possible that you have the wrong office. If you would like to give our office a call we can discuss and look into further detail. Our office has a dedicated customer service representative and we have always prided ourselves in providing a high level of customer service. "

"Neli has been trying to reach me to discuss about quotes for auto insurance. When I had time off, I got curious and wanted to hear their rates. Neli gave me great savings and quotes I was paying previously. Very friendly and she got me to save $40 dollars a month. Which is great saving and offer the same policy as my last insurance. I’m so glad I picked up the phone because she got me to save hundreds of dollars in the future. On top of that she recommended life insurance for a low rate just to have my family covered for life. Greatest decision I ever made by going to State Farm."
